Why trust us
A wind service company since 2015. A team on wind sites since 2010.
Greenwork Technology was founded in 2015 in Cidones (Soria, Spain) and today works from two offices, Cidones and Providencia (Santiago de Chile). Our team has been installing, inspecting and maintaining wind turbines since 2010: more than 50 wind farms and factories in 13 countries on 4 continents, on more than 10 turbine platforms, with GWO-trained technicians and an integrated quality, safety and environmental management system. Check what stands behind us, project by project.

Track record
From Soria to Santiago de Chile: a reference you can check
Greenwork Technology was set up in 2015 by Alberto Valero Carús in Cidones (Soria) to install and maintain industrial plants. Since then it has grown by taking on new projects and greater responsibility on site, and has extended its services to Latin America with a subsidiary in Chile, Greenwork Technology SpA.
Behind the company is a team whose wind experience goes back to 2010: the installation of Akhfenir in Morocco, followed by Oaxaca (Mexico), Barão São João (Portugal), Negrete, Tal-Tal and Rawson (Chile and Argentina), Talara (Peru) and the Uruguayan wind farms. Between 2016 and 2023 that experience turned into quality supervision, site management, inspections in port and factory, rope access work, retrofits, maintenance and turbine handover for OEMs, developers and EPC contractors across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
What we offer is not a sales promise: it is a way of working that has been through more than 50 wind farms and factories and 10+ turbine platforms, from Nordex Delta 4000 and Siemens Gamesa SG145 to Vestas, Goldwind, Senvion, Acciona, Envision and Alstom. Delivering on time, to quality and without surprises is what we propose to you as well.

Who we work for
OEMs, developers, EPC contractors and asset managers
We do not name our clients on this website. What we can tell you is the type of organisation that has relied on us and what they asked us for.
Wind farms you can check

HSEQ · Integrated management system
Quality, safety and environment, managed as one system
We work at height, in confined spaces and with components weighing tens of tonnes. Greenwork operates under an integrated quality, safety and environmental management system and a single integrated policy that applies on every site, in Spain and in Latin America. Here is what it means for your wind farm.
Quality
Documented procedures, checklists per task, traceability of every intervention and reports you can put to the OEM at end of warranty.
For you: you know what was done on each turbine, when, by whom and with which part.
Health and safety
Risk assessment and method statement per job, toolbox talks, lock-out and tag-out, work permits, contractor coordination (CAE/PRL) and HSE supervision on site.
For you: a contractor whose documentation is ready for your audits.
Environment
Control of waste streams (oils, filters, greases, resins), spill prevention and site housekeeping, from the nacelle to the licensed waste manager.
For you: no surprises with the environmental authority responsible for your wind farm.
Training and qualifications
GWO-trained technicians, qualified rope access technicians for suspended work, drone operator and official Yuneec distributor, and training records available on request.
For you: access to any wind farm and any OEM from day one.
How safety is managed on site
Safety is a system, not luck
Every intervention goes out with a risk assessment and method statement, a toolbox talk before the climb, lock-out and tag-out of the turbine, and a team leader who signs off the work permit. Bolted joints are torque-checked with a record, suspended rope access work is planned with a rescue plan, and every waste stream is tracked. We also inspect and certify the equipment that protects other people's technicians: lifelines, anchor points, service lifts and descent and rescue equipment.
- Risk assessment and method statement per intervention; contractor coordination (CAE/PRL) documentation ready for your audits
- GWO training and rope access qualifications renewed on schedule and available on request
- Calibrated tooling, torque checks with a record and full traceability of parts and consumables
- Inspection and certification of lifelines, anchor points, service lifts and descent and rescue equipment
- Near-miss reporting and root cause analysis fed back into procedures under the integrated management system
one policy on every site · Spain and Latin America
Our commitments
What we sign, we deliver
These are the terms we offer every new client. They are commitments for your contract, not statistics from the past.
Team
People who climb your turbine. Technicians, not salespeople.
Site managers and quality inspectors, installation and maintenance technicians, rope access technicians, drone pilots and a technical office that documents every bolt. GWO training and rope access qualifications kept current. Two capabilities make the difference when the calendar is tight: task force crews and rope access.

How we start with you
Your wind farm first, the proposal second
Every maintenance, installation, supervision, task force or rope access contract is handled differently, because every wind farm is different. That is why we do not sell a catalogue: we propose a tailored scope with figures that get measured.
Free site visit
We walk your wind farm with our technicians: alarm history, critical components, blade condition, lifelines and service lifts.
Diagnosis and proposal within 7-10 days
Priorities, risks and a tailored proposal per wind farm covering scope, response times and the availability target for the contract.
Optional 3-month pilot programme
On part of the fleet, so you can verify the way we work before extending it to all your turbines.
Contract with an agreed availability target
Availability target set in the contract, reporting on every intervention, and 24/7 on-call for wind farms under contract.
Without an experienced independent team
- You wait for the OEM to give you a date for every intervention.
- Every blade repair or tower cleaning means a crane or a platform, with days of downtime.
- Preventive campaigns, retrofits and punch lists slip for lack of hands.
- End of warranty arrives without an independent inspection of your turbines.
With Greenwork on your wind farm
- GWO-trained crews from Spain or Chile, mobilised for campaigns, planned outages and retrofits.
- Qualified rope access technicians clean and repair blades, tower and nacelle on ropes, with no crane or platform.
- Task force that slots into your organisation, the OEM's or the EPC's, as at Cabo Leones or Duna Huambos.
- Independent end-of-warranty inspection, punch list and turbine handover before you sign.
